Our Services
Local Market Research
We conduct detailed market research on your behalf, covering aspects that cannot be fully grasped through short-term site visits.
As we are based in Vancouver, Canada, we leverage our connections with local businesses and communities to collect the latest information, assisting in the overseas expansion and business development of your products.
Additionally, based on your requests, we can identify and match with potential local partner companies, as well as conduct credibility assessments.
Marketing
Promotion and sales in culturally diverse countries require professional support with a deep understanding of local markets and consumer trends.
We adopt a “Glocalization” approach, integrating the unique characteristics of each region and consumer preferences, and propose optimized marketing and sales strategies.

Translation of Related English Documents into Japanese
Language barriers pose significant challenges in overseas expansion.
English words often have multiple meanings, and translations can vary greatly depending on the context. For documents containing technical or specialized terms, even slight differences in nuance can cause misunderstandings.
While AI translation tools are convenient, they often fail to fully grasp cultural contexts, industry-specific expressions, and nuanced meanings in context.
For a successful overseas expansion, relying solely on AI is insufficient. Translation and document creation by specialists familiar with local business cultures provide more reliable results.
We accurately translate documents, reports, and emails prepared by local businesses and create effective materials and presentations that resonate with the local audience.
Arrangement/Accompaniment/Interpretation
for Site Visits and Promotion Events
Conducting market research through site visits is critical for overseas business expansion. However, coordinating schedules, transportation, and arrangements with local partners while based in Japan is highly challenging.
We handle all necessary preparations for your stay comprehensively. Upon request, our staff can accompany you during site visits and provide interpretation services.
Additionally, if you plan to hold product promotion events during your site visit, we can assist with planning, arrangements, and support.
